Candidate Guide
1 Upload your Resume (CV)
To be visible to thousands of recruiters or apply for a vacancy, you must upload your CV to our AI engine.
- Go to the Job Search page.
- Click on the "UPLOAD CV" button at the top right.
- Drag and drop your PDF file or select one from your device.
When you upload your PDF, our system automatically extracts your text to make you "findable" in the global AI Radar.
2 Match with Vacancies
Once you upload your CV in an application, the system will calculate your Match Score (0-100%) against that specific position.
You are an ideal candidate. You will likely get a call!
You have potential, but you lack some key skills.
Maybe this vacancy is not the best for your current profile.

1 Panel Access
Go to /login with your corporate credentials.

2 Create Vacancies
In the main Dashboard, click on the New Vacancy button.
Fill in the position data. Pro Tip: Be very specific in the description, as the AI will use it to calculate the Match Score.

- Mode (Remote/Hybrid)
- Salary Range
- Detailed Description and Requirements
3 Candidate Analysis (AI)
Inside a vacancy, you will see the Kanban board (New, Interview, Hired).
Automatic Analysis
Upon receiving a CV, the AI reads it in seconds and:
- • Extracts key skills
- • Calculates years of reading
- • Generates an executive summary
- • Assigns a Match Score
AI Interviews
You can generate personalized interview guides based on the weaknesses detected in the candidate's CV.
4 AI Radar (Global Talent Pool)
Don't have active candidates? Use the AI Radar to search our global talent base.
Search by keywords like "Python", "Sales", "English".
Visualize public profiles that have submitted their CV to the platform recently.
Invite them to apply to your vacancies directly.
